The impact you’ll make

At Paribu, every team member plays a crucial role in driving innovation and delivering high-quality solutions. In role Paralegal Specialist you will be responsible for;

• Conducting legal research and summarize findings for attorneys
• Maintaining and organizing legal files, records, and databases (both digital and physical)
• Coordinating with internal departments to collect necessary information for legal processes
• Assisting in the preparation and filing of regulatory documents and compliance reports

Key competencies

We believe skills and potential matter as much as experience. To thrive in this role, you should have;

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and document formats
• A problem-solving mindset with attention to legal detail and risk
• Clerkship experience is required
