The impact you'll make

At Paribu, every team member plays a crucial role in transforming ideas into compelling visual experiences that strengthen our brand and engage millions of users. As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for:

• Create high-quality motion graphics, 3D animations, and visual content across digital channels and brand campaigns
• Transform creative briefs into engaging visual stories while proposing alternative creative directions when needed
• Produce cinematic-quality 3D assets through look development, lighting, materials, rendering, and compositing
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to deliver visually impactful experiences
• Develop scalable motion design workflows, templates, and production standards to improve efficiency and consistency
• Integrate AI-powered creative tools into production workflows to enhance quality, speed, and experimentation
• Research emerging design technologies, production techniques, and creative trends, sharing knowledge across the team
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing creativity, quality, and delivery timelines
• Contribute to the evolution of Paribu’s visual identity by maintaining consistency across all creative outputs

Key competencies

We value skills and potential as much as experience. To thrive in this role requires:

• Strong proficiency in Cinema 4D or Blender for 3D motion design
• Advanced experience with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Creative Cloud tools
• A strong portfolio demonstrating motion design, 3D animation, and visual storytelling
• Solid understanding of typography, composition, color, and visual design principles
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple creative projects
• Curiosity to explore emerging creative technologies and continuously improve production workflows
• Experience with Redshift, Octane, Generative AI, ComfyUI, Unreal Engine, Notch, or Spline is considered a plus
