The impact you'll make

At Paribu, every team member plays a crucial role in driving innovation and delivering high-quality solutions as a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Develop and execute social media strategies that strengthen brand awareness and community engagement
• Plan, publish, and optimize content across multiple social media platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice
• Manage the social media content calendar in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Monitor platform performance and prepare actionable reports using analytics and insights
• Plan and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and X
• Track campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and improve ROI through data-driven decisions
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies, including AI-powered marketing tools
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop campaigns that support product launches, partnerships, and employer branding initiatives
• Monitor conversations around Paribu, cryptocurrency, fintech, and technology to identify engagement opportunities
• Support crisis communication and reputation management across digital channels when needed

Key competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management
• Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, community management, and digital trends
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, Looker Studio, or similar reporting platforms
• Ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and translate insights into optimization actions
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and performance marketing principles
• Experience using AI-powered tools to improve content creation, campaign optimization, and productivity is considered a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for technology, fintech, and digital culture
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills in both Turkish and English
