The impact you’ll make

At Paribu, every team member plays a crucial role in driving innovation and delivering high-quality solutions. In the Lead QA Engineer role, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing a company-wide test strategy, architecture, and processes that ensure quality at every stage
• Embedding quality early in the development lifecycle by promoting a Shift-Left Testing mindset
• Leading and scaling test automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Appium, RestAssured, Postman
• Owning and overseeing end-to-end testing, including performance, security, and regression testing
• Mentoring engineers to become quality champions within their teams
• Defining and integrating Quality Gates into CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions
• Exploring and adopting emerging technologies such as AI-driven testing, contract testing, mutation testing
• Establishing and tracking quality metrics to measure progress and drive continuous improvement

Key competencies

We believe skills and potential matter as much as experience. To thrive in this role, you should have;

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in software testing, including at least 2 years in a lead or architectural position
• Strong expertise in designing and maintaining test automation frameworks and methodologies
• Hands-on experience in performing API, integration, data validation, and UI testing
• Experience in working with CI/CD tools and modern DevOps environments
• A strategic mindset, treating quality as an integral part of product value, not a final step
• Excellent skills in communicating, coaching, and leading change across teams
