The impact you’ll make

At Paribu, every team member plays a crucial role in driving innovation and delivering high-quality solutions. In the Performance Marketing Specialist role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and optimizing campaigns across Meta, X, Google Ads, TikTok, Adform, and DV360 to achieve ambitious ROAS/CPA targets
• Driving app install and in-app event optimization strategies while ensuring seamless deep linking implementation
• Using mobile attribution platforms such as Adjust and AppsFlyer to track, measure, and optimize campaign effectiveness
• Developing and driving the strategy and growth of search campaigns,including keyword planning, bidding, and ad copy optimization
• Analyzing web and app data with GA4, defining custom events, and creating dashboards and reports in Looker Studio
• Correlating ad performance with user behavior to uncover actionable insights that improve conversion and retention
• Developing and executing advanced remarketing strategies, including dynamic product remarketing and lookalike audiences
• Managing budgets efficiently to maximize performance and scale growth
• Delivering regular, insightful performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders to guide strategic decision-making

Key competencies

We believe skills and potential matter as much as experience. To thrive in this role, you should have;

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing across multiple ad platforms
• Proven success in mobile app install and in-app event optimization, as well as deep linking implementation
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, and data-driven decision-making
• Hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing (SEM) — including search strategy, keyword planning, bidding optimization, and ad copy testing
• Experience with mobile attribution platforms such as Adjust or AppsFlyer
• Expertise in remarketing and audience segmentation across Meta, X, TikTok, and Google Ads ecosystems
• Ability to manage large ad budgets and optimize towards ROAS/CPA targets.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills to convey performance insights effectively
• Fluency in English is a plus
