The impact you'll make

At Paribu Art, every team member plays a crucial role in driving innovation and delivering high-quality solutions. As an Associate Specialist, Hospitality Coordination at Paribu Art, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing artist dressing rooms and shared spaces available to artists according to their teams’ requests before events, ensuring they remain ready for use throughout the event
• Monitoring the cleanliness and organization of backstage areas throughout events
• Responding to artists’ and their teams’ requests during events and communicating them to the relevant teams when necessary
• Checking backstage food, drinks, and other refreshments, making sure missing items are replaced, and keeping track of stock levels
• Coordinating with other departments within Paribu Art and third-party providers of services such as artist assistance and logistics
• Supporting the smooth running of event operations in accordance with the established schedule and timeline
• Inspecting dressing rooms at the end of events, collecting supplies, preparing spaces for future use, and completing closing procedures and final checks
• Regularly inspecting backstage furniture, technical equipment, and other facilities, maintaining their organization, and following up on maintenance needs
• Reporting any issues encountered and operational developments in a timely manner throughout events
• Contributing to a positive hospitality experience by ensuring the satisfaction of artists and their teams

Key competencies

• An interest in live events, concerts, and the performing arts
• Open to learning artist hospitality and backstage operations
• Good command of English to communicate with international artists and their teams
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• A team player who works well with others
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow multiple tasks at once
• Solution-focused and able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace
• Curiosity about AI tools and how to use them in daily work is a plus.
• Internship or part-time experience in events, hospitality, hotels, or cultural venues is a plus
