About Role

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strategic partnership with Microsoft, ensuring alignment on mutual goals.
• Identify joint business opportunities and drive go-to-market strategies.
• Serve as the primary liaison with Microsoft, fostering strong communication and collaboration.
• Oversee and coordinate joint projects to meet partnership objectives.
• Monitor and analyze partnership performance, preparing regular progress reports.
• Stay updated on Microsoft’s ecosystem and market trends to leverage new opportunities.
• Monitor and manage Microsoft partner program benefits, ensuring the organization fully leverages incentives, funding programs, and partner entitlements.
• Work closely with internal sales, finance, and technical teams to manage Microsoft licensing and Azure pricing strategies, ensuring competitive positioning and compliance with Microsoft policies.
• Support deal structuring by providing guidance on Microsoft licensing models, Azure consumption pricing, and commercial terms.
• Ensure internal teams remain informed about updates in Microsoft licensing programs, partner incentives, and pricing structures.

Preferred Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience (5+ years) in partnership management, preferably MS within technology or software industry.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft’s ecosystem, including Azure, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience in monitoring and reporting on partnership performance metrics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a solution-oriented approach.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
