Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the management and implementation of assigned processes and policies in compliance with operational standards.
  • Monitor the adherence of other departments and employees to the processes, take necessary actions to address non-compliance, and provide training when needed.
  • Track change and release requests through the Service Management Application, ensuring accurate status updates at each phase.
  • Define, measure, report, and take actions to improve process KPIs. Prepare and present analyses, KPI results, drill reports, and presentations to relevant units.
  • Oversee the annual and periodic budget, income, and expense tracking for responsible teams and business units.
  • Prepare, monitor, and conduct audits for Quality Management System documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT Service Management.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ISO20000 standards.
  • Familiarity with ISO22301 and ISO27001 standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong process management abilities.
  • Experience with project management tools and processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
  • Experience in team management, budget planning and tracking, and financial analysis.
  • 5+ years of experience in the Information Technology sector.
