Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitoring daily operational workflows
- Ensuring coordination between internal teams and, when required, with customers
- Tracking ticketing systems and monitoring tools (e.g., Service Core, Service Manager, Zabbix, Sitescope, Pingdom, Dynatrace, etc.)
- Following reports, dashboards, and process documentation, and taking necessary actions based on alerts
- Identifying improvement areas within processes and sharing them in coordination with technical leads
- Contributing to workload reduction initiatives through automation, RPA, or AI-based tools
- Having basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft and Linux operating systems
- Being familiar with virtualization systems (e.g., VMware)
- Having sufficient English proficiency to read and understand technical documentation
- Providing first-level support for customer requests and service interruption tickets, and escalating when necessary
Qualifications
- You will be part of the Bulutistan team in this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably Computer Programming, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems)
- Preferably experience working in data center environments
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within technology companies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Sitescope, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and a strong team player
- Ability to work in shifts
- For male candidates: military service completed or postponed for at least 5 years
- Residing in Ankara
