Responsibilities

  • P&L Management: Optimize revenue-expense balance, implement cost control measures, and develop strategies to improve profitability.
  • Cash flow management: Preparing direct cashflow weekly, monthly and quarterly and following results of cash management
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead financial planning processes, preparing annual and periodic budgets.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and conduct profitability analyses for business units.
  • Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement necessary measures.
  • Strategic Financial Decision-Making: Advise senior management on major investments and financial projects.
  • Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to tax and financial regulations, managing audit processes.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor the team, ensuring effective collaboration and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in P&L management in the technology sector.
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, cost analysis, and risk management.
  • Proven experience in team management and leadership, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
  • Experience with financial systems such as SAP.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
