Role Overview

We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager to drive the end-to-end sales cycle of SabancıDx Technology Services. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in technology sales, excels in complex negotiations, and is motivated to lead both customers and teams toward impactful digital solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Conducting end to end sales process for Technology Services. Identifying the opportunities, feeding the pipeline, negotiating, and closing the deal for SabancıDx Technology Services portfolio (Outsourcing Services, Managed Services, Cloud, Network/Security Services etc.)
  • Generates revenue growth by utilizing a consultative/solution selling approach in selling and retaining of customers.
  • Manages the sales pipeline with a disciplined forecasting methodology to ensure sales targets are achieved
  • Attracts and enables Sales Talents to grow by creating opportunities in sales team
  • Ensures Sales Teams are motivated and that accounts and opportunities are allocated to maximize revenue growth
  • Building and managing relationships with new customers in the assigned territory.
  • Manages existing business relationships and initiates/develops relations with new customers in order to achieve budgeted sales goals by developing and implementing sound sales strategies.
  • Conduct customer presentations, develop proposals, initiate sales closures, and perform problem identification, account acquisition and solution selling consisting of SabancıDx product and services offerings.
  • Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects, have an understanding of marketing, and have previous sales experience in various fields of general sector such as manufacturing, finance, retail,
  • Focus on solution selling for growth and acquisition of revenue, by positioning SabancıDx product and services to meet client’s business operation needs and enhancing profitability,
  • Price and contract negotiations,
  • Assess sales opportunities, developing and presenting creative proposals that will ensure closing the sale,
  • Develop/apply solutions to customer’s problems,
  • Understand the process for obtaining contracts across a variety of service offerings,
  • Maintain and manage relations with technology vendors, ISV’s and all related business partners


Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Min. 5 years of experience in sales management preferably in IT or Technology companies
  • Experience in Technology sector and sales
  • University degree, preferably in Engineering, MIS, Economics or Business Administration from a reputable university
  • Can turn analysis into compelling commercial strategies
  • Full knowledge of the product line and its applications
  • Very command of both written and oral English
  • In depth knowledge about modern trade & multi-channel experience
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Ability to manage complex situations with leading people without authority
  • Able to deliver powerful, succinct and convincing presentations to all levels
  • Dynamic, result oriented, individual with a "hands on" style
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales
