Product Sales Manager

We are looking for Product Sales Manager for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales process for SaaS (Software as a Service) and RPA products & services of SabanciDx.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business targets and SabancıDx’s market share.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across various industries.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and present customer-focused solutions.
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations and create compelling proposals.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Experience in working with business partners and managing partnerships to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales data to drive strategic decision-making and improve sales performance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role focused on acquiring new business and expanding market presence.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.
  • Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and interacting with various departments.
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in working with business partners and managing partnerships to drive sales growth is an asset.
  • High awareness of time management and prioritization, with the ability to efficiently balance multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Having a driving license and ability to travel,
  • No military service restriction for male candidates.
