About Role

 We are looking for System Support Specialist for our Technology team 🎯

Responsibilities
Manage server operations on the Vmware ESX virtualization platform.

  • Perform system installation, configuration, updates, patches, and upgrade processes, and report them.
  • Handle customer requests within SLA timelines and manage daily operations.
  • Manage user, group, and computer accounts, addressing authentication, access, and reporting requests.
  • Administer mailbox management and reporting processes on messaging systems.
  • Ensure operations are managed in compliance with ITIL processes.
  • Execute various reporting processes on managed systems.

Preferred Skills And Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Domain Identity Management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Exchange Server user and mailbox management.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Domain services (GPO, Site, Trust, etc.).
  • Experience with Windows Server roles and services (DHCP, DNS, IAS, IIS, etc.).
  • Knowledgeable in PC/Server hardware, network protocols, and components.
  • Experienced in managing virtualization platforms (ESX, vCenter, Hyper-V).
  • Familiar with managing corporate antivirus applications.
  • Preferably knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud Platform Services.
  • Experience in Exchange Server infrastructure and managing messaging traffic is a plus.
  • Powershell scripting skills are preferred.
  • Experience in CyberArk PSM management is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong job tracking and representation abilities.
  • For male candidates, military service must be completed or deferred for at least 2 years.
