We are looking for a commercially driven Product Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and commercial impact across SabancıDx’s digital solutions product portfolio. This role plays a key part in expanding market presence through hands-on customer engagement, developing new business opportunities, strengthening strategic accounts, and enhancing growth by collaborating with selected partners and channel stakeholders where it adds value.

The ideal candidate brings strong sales ownership together with business development capabilities, is comfortable navigating complex B2B environments, and adopts a solution-oriented approach shaped by a solid understanding of business processes and customer transformation needs. With a proactive and opportunity-focused mindset, this role contributes directly to sustainable revenue growth and long-term customer value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by proactively developing new customer opportunities and expanding SabancıDx’s presence across target markets and industries.
  • Take an active role in identifying, engaging, and converting new prospects into long-term customers.
  • Own and manage the end-to-end sales cycle across the digital solutions product portfolio, from opportunity creation to deal closure.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers while positioning SabancıDx as a trusted business partner.
  • Maintain a strong and continuously growing sales pipeline through consistent market outreach and customer engagement.
  • Strengthen existing accounts by identifying and developing cross-sell and up-sell opportunities where relevant.
  • Deliver effective product presentations, solution demonstrations, and clear commercial proposals.
  • Apply a consultative and value-based sales approach by understanding customer operations, priorities, and business needs.
  • Lead commercial discussions, manage negotiations, and finalize agreements aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with selected partners and channel stakeholders to extend market reach and support growth initiatives where relevant.
  • Work closely with presales, product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
  • Monitor market developments, customer expectations, and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies.
  • Track sales performance, pipeline health, and key commercial indicators to support data-driven decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, product sales, digital solutions sales, or business development roles with a strong focus on revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to identify, develop, and convert new customer opportunities while also expanding existing accounts where relevant.
  • Demonstrated success in managing full sales cycles, from opportunity creation and product positioning to negotiation and closure.
  • Strong understanding of digital products, software solutions, and technology-driven business environments.
  • Ability to understand business processes and effectively position product value, use cases, and business impact.
  • Know-how in digital B2B products supporting financial and operational business processes, high-volume transactions, and core business operations is considered an advantage.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and engage confidently with decision-makers across different functions and industries.
  • Experience contributing to partner or ecosystem-driven opportunities is a plus.
  • Strong consultative selling, commercial negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of ownership, proactive mindset, and ability to maintain a strong and active sales pipeline.
  • Advanced English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel when required.
