Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitoring daily operational workflows
- Ensuring coordination between teams (internal teams and, when necessary, customers)
- Monitoring ticketing systems and monitoring applications (Service Core, Service Manager, Zabbix, Sitescope, Pingdom, Dynatrace, etc.)
- Tracking reports, dashboards, and process documents and taking necessary alert actions
- Observing improvement areas identified in processes and sharing them in coordination with technical leads
- Contributing to workload reduction efforts by utilizing Automation / RPA or artificial intelligence tools for routine tasks
- Having beginner or intermediate familiarity with Microsoft and Linux operating systems
- Having knowledge of virtualization systems (e.g., VMware)
- Having sufficient English proficiency to read documentation
- Providing first-level resolution for customer requests and service interruption calls, and escalating when necessary
Qualifications
- Graduated from relevant university departments (preferably Computer Programming, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems)
- Preferably experienced in working within data centers
- At least 1 year of experience in technology companies or a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Knowledge of monitoring applications (Zabbix, Sitescope, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and a strong team player
- Able to work in shifts
- For male candidates, completion of military service
- Residing in Ankara
