About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth operational processes, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our business functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to the sales team.
- Track orders and monitor sales processes.
- Ensure regular updates of CRM systems.
- Management and tracking of billing and collection processes.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (Sales, Finance, Procurement, Legal, etc.) to contribute to process improvement.
- Monitor opportunities from e-auction platforms.
- Follow up on tenders and prepare necessary documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support or operations.
- Proficient in MS Office programs (especially Excel).
- Strong knowledge of CRM processes and tools.
- Team-oriented with an analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented approach.
- Experience in working with e-auction platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with tender processes and document preparation.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently when needed.
