About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Junior Specialist or a Senior Student to join our team. If you are ready to kickstart your career in a fast-paced environment and can commit to working 5 days a week, we look forward to reviewing your application!

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the sales team to ensure smooth processes.
  • Track sales orders and ensure the CRM system is consistently updated and accurate.
  • Assist in the management and tracking of billing and collection processes.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to provide insights to management.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and maintain high service standards.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and Legal departments to streamline internal workflows.
  • Monitor opportunities on e-auction platforms and assist in the preparation of tender documents.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate or a Senior Student (able to work 5 days a week) in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Previous internship experience in sales, finance, or operations is a significant plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel (familiarity with CRM tools is a plus).
  • Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a strong desire to learn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Turkish and English.
  • A proactive team player with a solution-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in or basic knowledge of tender processes and e-auction platforms is an advantage.
