About Role

Sec Ops & Security

Responsibilities

• Provide operational services of the products within the scope of Security applications,
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation,
• Ensure that the products operate in line with targeted Service Level Agreements (SLAs),
• Plan and perform product installations at customer locations,
• Monitor the capacity and performance of responsible products,
• Follow technological developments and participate in POC studies of new products,
• Analyze security incidents, identify root causes, and take appropriate actions,
• Monitor and respond to security alerts from SOC and related monitoring tools,
• Effectively utilize log management and SIEM solutions,
• Support remediation of security vulnerabilities in coordination with internal and external stakeholders,
• Contribute to process and tool improvements within Security Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related disciplines,
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the field of IT Security / Security Operations,
• Hands-on experience with products such as Fortinet, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, F5, Citrix, Cisco, Trendmicro, Public Cloud, … etc.
• Knowledge and administration of technologies such as SSL VPN, firewall, SDWAN, DDoS, Sandbox, Load Balancer, WAF, IPS, Mail Gateway, NSX, ACI, … etc.
• Experience with ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS compliance processes,
• Certifications such as FCX, FCSS, FCP, CCSA, CCSE, PCNSA, PCNSE (additional certifications like CISSP, CEH, CCIE, CCNP, OSCP are a plus),
• Experience with SIEM solutions (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight),
• Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Nessus, Qualys),
• Scripting or automation skills (Python, PowerShell, Ansible) are preferred,
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and ability to quickly adapt to new systems,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills,
• This role will be located in Gebze (Onsite)
