Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at SabancıDx. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of services and projects, meeting customer expectations while maintaining budget, timeline, and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and develop strategic solutions that maximize value.


Responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end delivery of services and projects, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality execution
  • Engaging with customers to understand their expectations, challenges, and business needs
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service/project lifecycle
  • Collaborating with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth implementation and operation
  • Monitoring service levels, resolving customer issues within SLA limits, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Tracking project performance, including scope, budget, and quality, and preparing regular reports
  • Managing project financials, including revenue, cost control, invoicing, and financial forecasting
  • Identifying risks and opportunities, taking proactive measures to mitigate risks and enhance outcomes
  • Negotiating scope extensions and change requests when necessary


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT services or infrastructure
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to contribute to contractual and financial matters
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices (PMP certification is a plus)
  • Fluency in English and willingness to travel when required
