About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Mobile & Frontend Development Team Leader to oversee the development of responsive, scalable web and mobile applications. As a team leader, you will not only drive technical excellence but also inspire and mentor your team to achieve their best. This role combines hands-on development with strategic leadership, making it perfect for those who thrive in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of frontend and mobile developers to achieve high-quality results.
  • Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment to ensure team motivation and engagement.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide feedback, set goals, and support career development.
  • Act as the bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business objectives.

Technical Contributions:

  • Hands-on Development: Actively participate in designing and maintaining responsive, intuitive, and scalable web and mobile applications using modern frameworks like Vue.js and React Native.
  • Optimization: Ensure maximum performance, scalability, and cross-platform consistency in UX/UI.
  • Code Excellence: Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
  • Code Reviews: Participate in and conduct code reviews to uphold high development standards.

Collaboration and Innovation:

  • Work closely with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Promote innovation by introducing new tools and technologies to improve development processes.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and tools to ensure the team stays competitive in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.

Qualifications

Technical Expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Frontend and Mobile development and at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Frontend Expertise: Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like Vue.js (preferably Vue 3).
  • Mobile Development: Proven experience with mobile app development and React Native including state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
  • API Integration: Experience with RESTful APIs, Axios, and real-time communication frameworks like SignalR.
  • UX/UI Design: Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin, or Sketch and creating responsive UIs with Sass and Bootstrap.
  • Testing & Quality: Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Vitest, Playwright) and experience in writing unit tests and adhering to clean coding practices.
