About the Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our Experience Design team 🎯

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing end-to-end user experiences for our digital products and ensuring design outputs are successfully translated into real, functional products,

• Collaborating closely with product teams to define problems and develop effective, user-centered solutions,

• Creating user flows, journey maps, and information architecture structures,

• Producing high-quality UI outputs aligned with design system principles,

• Building interactive prototypes in Figma,

• Applying Design Thinking principles throughout the product development lifecycle,

• Conducting and contributing to usability testing, A/B testing, and UX research activities,

• Iterating designs based on data insights and user feedback,

• Working closely with Product Managers, developers, and business stakeholders to align user needs with business goals,

• Leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and creativity in the design process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or a related field,

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design,

• Preferably experience in B2B product development,

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, design systems, prototyping),

• Ability to create interactive prototypes via Figma,

• Strong understanding of design systems and structured design practices,

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in usability testing, A/B testing, and UX research methods,

• Basic understanding of how designs are implemented in frontend (HTML/CSS logic is a plus),

• Strong product thinking mindset — able to design holistic solutions beyond individual screens,

• Ability to balance business goals with user needs,

• Curious, innovative, and eager to experiment with new tools and trends,

• Based in Istanbul.
