Role Overview
SabancıDx is seeking a high-impact Strategic Accounts & Growth Leader to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and operational excellence across key enterprise clients.
This role will own a portfolio of strategic accounts and lead the end-to-end commercial lifecycle, including sales, customer success, and business operations. You will play a critical role in strengthening executive-level relationships, expanding existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities while ensuring alignment across internal teams.
With full ownership of commercial performance, pipeline management, and customer outcomes, this role is central to scaling sustainable growth and delivering long-term value for both clients and SabancıDx.
Responsibilities & Preferred Skills
- In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, developing and executing account strategies that drive revenue, profitability, and long-term partnerships. You will lead upsell, cross-sell, renewal, and new business initiatives within existing accounts while identifying expansion opportunities in new markets.
- A key part of the role is building and maintaining strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and senior decision-makers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor. You will also lead Sales, Customer Success, and Business Operations teams, ensuring alignment toward common commercial and operational goals.
- You will be responsible for managing pipeline, forecasting, budgeting, and overall commercial performance, while continuously improving customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Close collaboration with delivery, product, finance, and support teams will be essential to ensure seamless execution and service excellence.
- Additionally, you will establish KPI governance frameworks, track performance metrics, and drive a structured reporting cadence to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field, and at least 12 years of experience in technology, IT services, SaaS, outsourcing, or enterprise solutions.
- You should bring a strong background in Strategic Accounts, Enterprise Sales, or Key Account Management, along with a minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience. A proven track record of managing large enterprise clients and driving revenue growth is essential.
- Strong commercial acumen, a customer-centric mindset, and analytical thinking are critical for success in this role. You should also demonstrate executive presence, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with holding structures or multi-company enterprise groups will be considered a strong advantage. Exposure to digital transformation domains such as cloud, cybersecurity, SAP, or data analytics solutions is highly valuable.
- Candidates with P&L ownership experience and a strong command of CRM systems and sales operations practices will stand out.
