Bulutistan as one of Turkey’s fastest-growing technology companies and a leading domestic cloud service provider, we are looking for a System Monitoring Specialist to join our Operations Team, which delivers uninterrupted 24/7 service.

We are seeking a team member who will ensure the continuity of our cloud infrastructure, closely monitor system and network performance, and take an active role in incident management processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • At least 1 year of experience in monitoring systems, network management, and IT infrastructure management
  • Knowledge of system monitoring tools such as PRTG, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, FTP, VPN
  • Experience in system, network, and application monitoring, log analysis, and incident management
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
  • Ability to document and archive resolved support requests and solutions
  • Willing and able to work in a 24/7 shift-based environment
