Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Business Administration or Economics and Administrative Sciences
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, and Social Security Incentive processes
  • Strong knowledge of Labor Law and Social Security regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Experienced in reporting
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and a team player
  • Eagerness to learn and develop oneself
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
  • For male candidates, military service must be completed

Responsibilities:

  • Manage activities related to product consultancy and training services
  • Provide consultancy to clients regarding payroll legislation and practices; ensure accurate end-to-end payroll calculations and proper configuration in client systems
  • Conduct usage and needs analysis for clients, identify and implement steps to improve the customer lifecycle
  • Collaborate with software development teams in managing product development processes, ensuring accurate design and implementation
  • Perform software user testing and ensure the developed features are deployed correctly and fully meet client needs
  • Carry out project management and detailed scope analysis, prepare necessary plans, and provide continuous support to address client needs
  • Support product sales and marketing activities, conduct product demos and pre-sales operations
