We are looking for an Integration Specialist for our growing team!

Qualifications:

  • A university graduate in a relevant field,
  • At least 2 years of experience in integration processes,
  • Knowledge of Postman and API's,
  • Fluent command of English,
  • Software maintenance and testing skills,
  • Ability to work 24/7 shifts,
  • Effective communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Responds to customer requests and provides technical support,
  • Manages integration processes and establishes relationships with international customers,
  • Resolves user issue quickly and effectively,
  • Act as a 24/7 technical contact for incidents and problems,
  • Serves as the responsible technical resource for analyzing, supporting, and troubleshooting customer technical support requests,
  • Coordinates the resolution process for crisis and chronic problems,
  • Ensures coordination between the project and operations teams regarding post-sales technical support,
  • Provides knowledge of the customer's technical infrastructure and mobilizes relevant teams, providing consulting and process monitoring when necessary to ensure service continuity.
