We are looking for a Strategy & Growth Executive for our growing Strategy & Growth Management team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related fields,
• Minimum 3-4 years experience in a similar position,
• Experience in Big4 would be an advantage,
• Experience in payment systems, as well as in project and acquiring operations,
• Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing,
• Strong analytical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in process management,
• To have a command of Turkey Law No. 6493.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
• Within the scope of the related regulations that The Law No. 6493 on Payment and Securities, Settlement Systems, Payment Services, and Electronic Money Institutions, and the related, regulations of the CBRT (Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey) develop and implement business models in line with global expansion strategies,
• Define the global business partnership model and manage account operations,
• Establish global partnerships and oversee the entire process strating from demos and execution of the operations,
• Act as an internal advisor and assist internal teams, design internal department structures,
• Collaborate with relevant departments to optimize workflows,
• Monitor financial KPIs and prepare reports (Excel proficiency required),
• Track local and global developments to contribute to strategic decision-making processes,
• Support teams by contributing to development processes.
