Project & Card Specialist

We are looking for a Project & Card Specialist for our growing Project & Card team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field,
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in card/project processes,
• Knowledge of prepaid card and walletgate flows,
• Experience in the payment/electronic money industry is a must,
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills,
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry,
• Good command of English.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of Walletgate projects,
• End-to-end management of Cardgate projects,
• Receiving development requests, evaluating them with relevant departments, and taking subsequent actions,
• Managing card design, layout, and printing processes with card printing companies,
• Managing BKM, Visa, and MasterCard processes (PIF, CNS, CPV, Acquiring, XBS)
• Managing contract processes, delivering service proposals, and conducting meetings with the legal department,
• Customer communication, providing integration support, and resolving project deficiencies with the Product unit,
• Managing financial reports, analysis, and settlement file management Obtaining settlement reports and reconciling with customers,
• Extracting monthly base reports and submitting them to management,
• Preparing the monthly project monitoring document and sharing it with all departments in mid-month,
• End-to-end management of Issuer & Acquiring processes.
