Project & Card Specialist

We are looking for a Project & Card Specialist for our growing Project & Card team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field,
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in card/project processes,
- Knowledge of prepaid card and walletgate flows,
- Experience in the payment/electronic money industry is a must,
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills,
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry,
- Good command of English.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of Walletgate projects,
- End-to-end management of Cardgate projects,
- Receiving development requests, evaluating them with relevant departments, and taking subsequent actions,
- Managing card design, layout, and printing processes with card printing companies,
- Managing BKM, Visa, and MasterCard processes (PIF, CNS, CPV, Acquiring, XBS)
- Managing contract processes, delivering service proposals, and conducting meetings with the legal department,
- Customer communication, providing integration support, and resolving project deficiencies with the Product unit,
- Managing financial reports, analysis, and settlement file management Obtaining settlement reports and reconciling with customers,
- Extracting monthly base reports and submitting them to management,
- Preparing the monthly project monitoring document and sharing it with all departments in mid-month,
- End-to-end management of Issuer & Acquiring processes.
