We are looking for a Senior Product Owner for our growing Product team.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in acquiring, payment schemes, or processor-side product or operations management.
  • In-depth understanding of scheme rules, switch architecture, settlement cycles, and billing processes.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English, with the ability to navigate both technical and operational conversations.
  • Proactive, detail-focused, accountable, and solution-oriented team player.
  • While we are ideally looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience, we are also open to considering strong applicants with less experience who demonstrate deep knowledge and hands-on expertise in acquiring and scheme management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage acquiring workflows, including integration with card schemes (Visa, Mastercard) and processors.
  • Monitor and optimize end-to-end acquiring processes across domestic and international payment networks.
  • Oversee scheme-related reconciliation, settlement, and invoicing processes, ensuring alignment with financial and operational stakeholders.
  • Act as the product lead in collaborations with external providers to enhance virtual and physical POS infrastructures.
  • Support live system monitoring, issue resolution, and production health tracking in coordination with engineering and ops teams.
  • Define and track requirements for all technical developments on the POS gateway and acquiring switch side.
