Operations Manager

We are looking for a Operations Manager for our growing Operation team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Banking, Management Information Systems, or a related field),
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in financial operations or transaction-related processes within the financial sector,
- At least 1 year of experience in team management,
- Hands-on experience with Admin Panels and systems such as FinFlow,
- Solid understanding and experience in Wallet, Virtual POS, and Physical POS systems and their operational flows,
- Strong skills in data extraction, error analysis, and reconciliation using system panels,
- Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken), -The role will work with global counterparts and clients; hence this is a must requirement.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs (especially Excel),
- Experience in developing automated reports using tools like Google Sheets,
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with a keen eye for identifying errors and verifying data accuracy,
- A team player with a high sense of responsibility and a proactive approach to collaborative work.
Responsibilities: - Ensure timely preparation of POS, refund, transaction control, turnover, bank reconciliations, and other operational reports,
- Provide onboarding training and process briefings to newly joined team members,
- Distribute daily operational tasks among the team and ensure proper follow-up,
- Identify and prioritize operational errors, and initiate resolution processes with relevant teams,
- Perform reconciliation and matching controls between ERP systems and external panel data,
- Monitor automated reporting tools and manually check any data not captured by the system,
- Report weekly on team workload and performance to the manager,
- Identify areas for process improvement and provide actionable suggestions,
- Take a leading role in knowledge sharing and problem-solving within the team,
- Open and/or track the process for records such as terminal and vendor registrations.
