We are looking for a Product Owner for our growing Product team!

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience working with Scrum teams, managing backlogs, refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning.
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or financial services.
• Good understanding of virtual POS, physical POS, acquiring, and payment flows.
• Ability to turn business needs into clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Comfortable working closely with engineering, QA, operations, risk, compliance, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and ownership skills.
• Good command of English; proficiency in spoken English is required.
• Comfortable working in an AI-assisted environment, with hands-on experience with ROVO and similar tools and enough technical curiosity to confidently navigate concepts like CLI, MCP and modern AI workflows.

Nice to Have:

• PSPO or a similar Scrum / Product Owner certification.
• Knowledge of Law No. 6493 and Law No. 5464.
• Experience with card schemes such as Visa, Mastercard, and TROY.
• Familiarity with areas such as 3D Secure, settlement, reconciliation, PCI DSS, EMV, ISO 8583, APIs, and payment integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and prioritize the product backlog.
• Work closely with the Scrum team from refinement to release.
• Define clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Take ownership of payment products and flows across POS, acquiring, merchant integrations, and transaction lifecycle.
• Collaborate with banks, processors, card schemes, and technology partners.
• Follow production performance, identify improvement areas, and drive issues to resolution.
