Physical POS Team Lead

We are looking for a Physical POS Team Lead for our growing Operation team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field,
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in operational or financial transaction management,
• At least 1 year of team leadership or coordination experience,
• Advanced knowledge of POS devices and field use cases,
• Experience in the payment/electronic money industry is a must,
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced level) and Google Sheets (including automation),
• Good command of English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the physical POS operations from end to end,
• Assign and monitor daily tasks of the POS operations team,
• Ensure coordination with internal departments (Finance, IT, Sales, Customer Service),
• Monitor operational issues and take immediate action when necessary,
• Manage reconciliation processes (POS, returns, transactions, turnover, bank statements),
• Conduct training and onboarding for new team members,
• Perform root cause analysis of operational errors and ensure corrective actions,
• Carry out ERP vs external panel data comparisons and resolve discrepancies,
• Create and maintain regular reporting on operational metrics and issues,
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting for internal and external stakeholders,
• Provide support and coordination for field-related POS issues.
