Senior Product Owner

We're looking for a Senior Product Owner for our growing team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience,
• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner / Manager,
• Experience in a Financial Services & Payment sector,
• Experience in wallet solutions, open banking and international money transfers,
• Excellent communication ability with development teams,
• Knowledge about Agile methodologies,
• Strong technical ability, and analytical skills,
• Desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,
• Fluency in English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and validate new feature ideas through experimentation and data, making clear decisions on priority and roadmap,
• Develop a product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs and work with cross-functional teams to execute on the roadmap,
• Scope, plan and deliver an actionable product backlog and ship high-quality features in an agile development process,
• Leading projects end-to-end, partner cross-functionally to monitor customer adoption, engagement, and satisfaction metrics,
• Maintain a line of communication with the stakeholder groups,
• Monitor the market closely, analyze user needs, market trends, threats and opportunities,
• Monitor product performance, KPIs, and metrics and iterate on features to optimize user experience and achieve business objectives.
