We are looking for a Junior Business Development Operation Specialist for our growing team.


Job Summary:

This role includes tasks such as running the operations of sales processes and preparing reports for management. The successful candidate must have basic sales and project management skills as well as strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all potential operational processes effectively,
  • Improve operational processes by analysing data,
  • Implement business development strategies,
  • Research and analyze potential business opportunities,
  • Identify customer needs and provide solution proposals,
  • Prepare necessary reports for tracking relevant projects and processes.
  • Support decision-making processes with the provided information.
  • Build a network and participate in events to expand the communication network.
  • Collaborate with departments in accordance with company objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Graduated from universities in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or Management Information Systems departments,
  • Fluency in English is a must,
  • Good command of analytical skills,
  • Proficient in MS Office Programs,
  • Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Figma, and Miro is a plus,
  • Customer-oriented: Strong communication skills and results-driven,
  • Capable of managing projects.
