Principal QA Engineer

We are looking for a Principal QA Engineer for our growing Technology team!🚀

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in QA engineering, with hands-on testing of web, mobile, and/or API-based applications.
• Proven proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Appium, and Postman.
• Experience in configuring and maintaining test processes within CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• High level of self-motivation and a willingness to grow in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment.
• Experience in the payment sector is considered an asset.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests to ensure the quality of web, mobile, and API-based applications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective test cases.
• Create and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Continuously improve test automation frameworks and CI/CD test processes.
• Identify, record, and track bugs thoroughly, and verify bug fixes.
• Ensure high standards of quality and reliability in all product releases.
• Actively participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups within an Agile/Scrum team.
• Support the team in defining QA best practices and contribute to quality culture across the organization.
