Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain highly available, scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services for mobile banking applications,
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs that support mobile applications and integrations with internal and third-party banking systems,
• Contribute to the modernization and development of applications using .NET Framework 4.8, .NET Core, and .NET 8/9,
• Design and implement solutions based on layered and microservices architectures,
• Develop reliable distributed systems by applying patterns and concepts such as Circuit Breaker, Distributed Transactions, and Eventual Consistency,
• Optimize MSSQL queries, database operations, and application performance to ensure efficient and reliable banking services,
• Apply SOLID principles, Clean Code practices, and appropriate design patterns throughout the software development lifecycle,
• Contribute to architectural and technical decisions with a focus on security, performance, scalability, maintainability, and fault tolerance,
• Develop and maintain integrations using messaging systems and caching technologies such as MQ and Redis,
• Develop and maintain Windows Services and applications hosted on IIS,
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure software quality and system reliability,
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering standards and development practices,
• Support CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with DevOps teams throughout build, testing, deployment, and release processes,
• Analyze production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent and preventive solutions,
• Collaborate closely with mobile development, business analysis, QA, architecture, infrastructure, and DevOps teams,
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and contribute proactively to the continuous improvement of mobile banking products.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field,
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience,
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework 4.8, .NET Core, and .NET 8/9,
• Strong experience with ASP.NET MVC and Entity Framework,
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs,
• Hands-on experience in developing backend systems for mobile banking or digital banking applications is strongly preferred,
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, Clean Code practices, and dependency injection,
• Proficiency in LINQ and modern .NET development practices,
• Strong experience with MSSQL, SQL query optimization, database design, and application performance optimization,
• Experience with layered architecture and microservices architecture,
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with design patterns such as Repository, Unit of Work, Factory, Strategy, Mediator, CQRS, and Observer,
• Knowledge of distributed system concepts, including Circuit Breaker, Distributed Transactions, and Eventual Consistency,
• Hands-on development experience with messaging systems and caching technologies such as MQ and Redis,
• Experience in developing and maintaining Windows Services,
• Knowledge of IIS application deployment, configuration, and management,
• Experience with Git-based version control workflows,
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines,
• Experience in writing unit and integration tests,
• Strong understanding of secure, scalable, and high-performance backend development,
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills,
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills,
