We are looking for a Jr. Sales Agent. Our ideal candidate will have a high customer orientation, good communication skills, persuasiveness, results orientation and strong problem-solving skills. This position will be responsible for expanding the customer base and building customer loyalty through excellent service, building customer loyalty, and exceeding customer expectations.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, business development or similar roles (preferably in digital products, apps or online sales)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • High energy, proactivity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities simultaneously
  • Advanced English (required)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential users, agencies, or resellers to generate new business opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation and closing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and growth
  • Follow up on leads through messages and meetings
  • Track performance and sales activities using internal tools and reports
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
