Global Technical Recruiter
Scorp is a global consumer technology company developing social and entertainment apps used by millions of people worldwide.
We are looking for a resourceful and internationally minded Global Technical Recruiter who goes beyond traditional sourcing methods to discover and engage strong technical talent across different markets.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for global technical roles
- Proactively source software engineers and other technical professionals
- Research talent markets globally across different countries and regions
- Identify developer communities, networks, niche job boards, events, and alternative sourcing platforms beyond LinkedIn; build an active presence in relevant communities, publish targeted job opportunities, and develop creative sourcing strategies tailored to each role and location
- Conduct interviews in English and assess candidate fit
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and calibrate candidate profiles
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
- Track recruitment funnels, analyze sourcing-channel performance, and provide regular hiring updates
- Support offer management and candidate closing processes
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a strong focus on technical roles
- Experience recruiting software engineers and other technology professionals
- Advanced English communication skills
- Strong research, talent-mapping, and direct-sourcing capabilities
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
- Curiosity and initiative to discover new sourcing channels, local communities, and market-specific platforms
- Ability to build candidate pipelines without relying solely on LinkedIn or inbound applications
- Ability to manage multiple roles across different countries and time zones
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, creative, results-oriented, and data-driven approach to recruitment
