Responsibilities
- Scout, identify, and recruit new agencies, managers, and streamers to join the platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and top streamers, providing daily support and resolving their inquiries.
- Ensure users comply with the platform's community guidelines and policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Manage and follow up on agency leads generated through various channels, including social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize in-app events, competitions, battles, and other engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Russian is required.
- Professional working proficiency in Ukrainian is required.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience in community management, partnership management, account management, creator management, or a similar role is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
