Now, we are on a mission to redefine the social and entertainment scene with our newly launched apps, which have already reached 100M+ users.

Key Responsibilities
- Onboard, manage, optimize, and scale campaigns across DSP-style ad networks such as Adcash, PropellerAds, Adsterra, and similar platforms
- Identify, reach out to, and collaborate with new traffic sources and partners to expand acquisition channels
- Negotiate and manage performance-based deals (CPL, CPA, RevShare) when applicable
- Execute end-to-end campaign management, including setup, tracking integration, optimization, and scaling
- Analyze traffic quality, user behavior, and conversion paths to improve ROI and overall campaign performance
- Collaborate on or independently build and improve landing pages and pre-landers
- Work closely with account managers to unlock new opportunities, whitelists, and scaling strategies
- Test and explore additional traffic sources (native, push, pop, display, social, etc.)
- Maintain structured reporting and provide actionable insights on campaign performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in media buying or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns on ad networks (e.g., Adcash, ExoClick, Adsterra, PropellerAds, etc.)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing models (CPA, CPL, RevShare, etc.)
- Experience with tracking tools and platforms (e.g., Voluum, Everflow, or similar)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting tools
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with additional traffic sources (native, social, programmatic, etc.)
- Familiarity with global markets and cross-cultural collaboration
- Existing relationships within ad networks or the ad-tech ecosystem
- Experience collaborating with direct publishers or partners
