Founded in 2014, we initially launched the Scorp app but have since shifted our focus to developing mobile applications centered around social media and live streaming. Our apps are active in 182 countries, with one app reaching 600,000 daily active users and another engaging 400,000. In 2023 alone, we gained over 150 million new registered users, supporting more than 25 languages.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard agencies and agents in the Ukrainian market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to support growth
• Guide agencies in recruiting, managing, and supporting streamers
• Monitor agency performance, analyse key metrics, and develop action plans to improve results
• Support agencies with campaign ideas, platform updates, and engagement strategies
• Research the Ukrainian market to identify potential partners, industry trends, and growth opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to address agency needs and improve their experience on the platform

Requirements:

• Native Ukrainian speaker with a good command of English
• At least 2 years of experience in agency management, including partner acquisition, relationship management, and performance tracking
• Experience in live streaming platforms or managing streamer agencies is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to analyse performance data and turn insights into actionable recommendations
• Good understanding of the Ukrainian market, culture, and audience preferences
• Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment

Location & Work Setup

• This is a full-time contract position.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Our office is located in the heart of Barcelona’s Eixample district, providing an inspiring environment to collaborate and build together.
