Responsibilities

• Maintain and organise AI agents’ knowledge bases to ensure accuracy and improve retrieval quality
• Monitor agent performance and resolve issues related to information quality, prompts, and workflows
• Optimise AI integrations and model configurations for response quality, speed, and cost efficiency
• Analyse business needs and evaluate AI models to identify suitable solutions
• Track performance metrics, conduct tests, and report findings with actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with relevant teams to deploy and document AI solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications and AI integrations
• Experience working with APIs from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google
• A solid understanding of RAG, vector databases, and embeddings
• Experience in prompt engineering and AI agent development
• Familiarity with model evaluation and testing methods
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Good written English and reading comprehension
• Basic to intermediate programming skills in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript is a plus

Location & Work Setup

• This is a full-time contract position.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
