Responsibilities:
- Develop and strengthen partnerships with agencies and creators, ensuring community growth, engagement, and retention.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new streamers and agencies, continuously expanding the platform’s presence in Brazil.
- Plan, organize, and execute community initiatives, in-person events, and brand activations to increase brand awareness and user engagement.
- Represent the brand at events, gatherings, and relevant initiatives, fostering strong connections with creators, partners, and users.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and opportunities within the live streaming and creator economy landscape, contributing to the sustainable growth of the community.
- Understand the community’s interests, behaviors, and needs to deliver an authentic, relevant, and welcoming experience for users.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with creators, influencers, digital communities, or talent management.
- Strong understanding of the creator economy, digital trends, and consumer behavior.
- Experience building relationships and engaging with creators, partners, or online communities.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and community growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
- Advanced or fluent English skills for communication with international teams.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience working with influencer agencies, media companies, or creator-focused businesses.
- Familiarity with live streaming platforms, social media ecosystems, or the creator economy.
- Experience organizing events, brand activations, or community initiatives.
