We are looking for a Head of Development for our growing team!

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields,
• 15+ years of software development experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership/management role,
• Strong expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and C#,
• Experience in Microservices and Event-Driven Architectures,
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes,
• Preferably experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP),
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles: SOLID, Clean Code, TDD, Clean Architecture,
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments,
• Strong skills in domain analysis, modeling, and designing scalable systems,
• Prior experience in the fintech industry (wallet, payment systems, e-money, card, transactions, etc.) is a strong advantage,
• Experience as a Software Architect in designing and managing high-traffic, scalable systems,
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor and guide development teams,
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle for our products,
• Manage and mentor the engineering team, providing technical guidance and support,
• Plan, assign, and oversee team tasks, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery,
• Collaborate closely with product, operations, and other business units to align priorities,
• Ensure high standards of security, scalability, and maintainability in all solutions,
• Drive and enforce engineering best practices including code reviews, pair programming, and clean coding,
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and integrate relevant innovations into the team,
• Oversee recruitment and talent development efforts to grow the engineering team,
• Report regularly to management on development progress, quality, and performance metrics.
