We are looking for a Strategic Finance Executive who will play a critical role in driving financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and acting as a strong business partner across functions. This role reports directly to the Strategic Finance Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,
• Minimum 7 years of experience in FP&A, budgeting & reporting, or audit,
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform financial data into actionable business insights,
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams,
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with large data sets,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information,
• Good command of English.

Job Description

• Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management and functional leaders on growth, investment, pricing, channel, and product strategies,
• Analyze monthly financial performance of assigned business units, conduct variance analysis, and prepare regular management reports,
• Support mid- and long-term financial planning processes through data analysis and financial modeling,
• Develop scenario analyses and financial models to support critical business decisions,
• Contribute to company and business unit budgeting and forecasting processes,
• Monitor revenue, cost, profitability, and cash flow performance, ensuring accurate data flow coordination,
• Identify improvement areas by regularly tracking financial performance metrics,
• Analyze risks and opportunities and report findings to relevant stakeholders and the Strategic Finance Manager,
• Ensure financial accuracy of KPI sets and alignment with business objectives,
• Contribute to enhancing financial literacy across the organization,
• Act as a bridge between Finance and business units, ensuring effective communication and proper interpretation of financial data.
